The Life

 A 28-page small booklet 

It’s for anyone who wants a simple explanation of the work of the Holy Spirit in a Christian’s life, or for those who are struggling in their experience of following Jesus. It is also for those who want to learn how to share this understanding of the Holy Spirit with others. 

The Life booklet guides you through an explanation of why a Christian may be missing out on what the Holy Spirit can do in their life and of how to address that. It includes verses from the Bible and images that illustrate the main ideas.  

The booklet also includes questions at key points to help reflection on the content. If you are using the booklet as the basis for a conversation about being led by the Spirit, the questions help keep you on track and ensure those involved are engaging with and understanding the content.  

This booklet is best used one-to-one or in small group settings.  

A good moment to introduce it is when someone has recently started following Jesus. It makes a useful follow up resource to the Knowing God Personally booklet. 

It is also helpful when someone appears to be struggling in living a Christian life or has just expressed disappointment of frustration in their experience of doing so.
